This Refund Policy explains the refund and replacement practices of Go Farms Club for orders placed through the website or in person. Missing, Undelivered, or Spoiled Items
If an item is not delivered, is materially damaged before receipt, or is spoiled before the customer receives it, Go Farms Club may, at its option, provide a replacement item or a refund for the affected item. The customer should contact Go Farms Club as soon as possible after discovering the issue and provide reasonable details about the problem, including photos if available.
Delivery Issues
If a delivery cannot be completed because of an address issue, access issue, customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, or a similar circumstance outside Go Farms Club's control, Go Farms Club may decline a refund or may offer a replacement or partial credit at its discretion, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Returns of Delivered Food
